Hands-On: Understanding and Diagnosing Air Conditioning

  • O&K Truck Repairs Ltd. 350 Grand Island Boulevard Tonawanda, NY, 14150 (map)

Training: 8:00 a.m.—4:30 p.m. EST

This course goes beyond minimum MACS certification requirements for recovery, evacuating, recharging, and recycling by offering actual hands-on training in diagnosing and repairing A/C electrical, computer / BCMs, Climate control and electronic components. Many of today’s trucks & vehicles come equipped with electronically controlled A/C systems. Vehicle A/C systems have become more difficult to diagnose using the repair strategies learned from years of servicing R12, R134a &R1234yf systems. This class will cover operation and service of today's and tomorrow's air conditioning systems.

This course includes books, safety glasses and MACS certification in R134a and R1234yf.

Instructors: Swede Oun 🡢 and Jerry "G" Truglia 🡢

Note: Safety glasses must be worn during all hands-on training in this course.
