Introduction to the Autel Scan Tool (Part 1) - Hands-On Class

In the first part of this series, learn how to maximize the effectiveness of your Autel diagnostic scan tool. Technicians will learn:

  • how to identify the various features of the tool

  • how to navigate through the tool’s menus

  • how to use the VCMI (Vehicle Control Module Interface)

  • how to perform pre- and post-scans of a vehicle’s systems

  • how to access and use generic OBD-II including Mode 6 and Mode 9

  • how to graph live data and fuel trims

  • how to identify special functions of the tool

Note: This course includes a full color manual with step-by-step information. Course attendees are encouraged to bring their own Autel scan tools to this event.

Class size is limited to 12 students.
